Terms and Conditions

We want our workshops to be a fun and safe environment for everyone.  It is imperative that you abide by our Terms and Conditions so you and all our guests have the best experience possible.

General - 

Please wear closed in footwear

Bailup Farm is an operating farm with many safety hazards.  It is imperative that you do not wander off and enter areas that are not designated to the activity you have booked.  

Do not enter or open gates to any paddocks that you have not been given permission to do so.


Behaviour - 

All guests are to display safe and respectful behaviour to all fellow guests and service providers.

Unruly, loud, rude and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Be respective of our property.  If you cause any damage you will be held accountable.

Our animals are very special to us and are to be treated with the upmost respect.  They enjoy all the attention as much as our guests enjoy them.  Be respectful of them and do not cause them any harm or stress.   


Alcohol

- Drink responsibly and drink in moderation.  

- Intoxicated guests will not be allowed entry


Failure to adhere to the above Terms and Conditions will lead to the immediate end of your time at Bailup Farm and you will be asked to leave and you will not receive as refund.


Cancellation Policy

If the weather is not ideal your workshop may be cancelled or rescheduled.   You will have the choice of a full refund or credit.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel your booking within the 48 hour window you will not be eligible for a refund.  If you cancel your booking outside of the 48 hour window you will have the choice of a full refund or credit.
