Terms and Conditions

We are committed to creating a fun, relaxed and safe environment for all guests. By booking and attending a workshop at Bailup Farm, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.


Bookings & Responsibility

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all guests included in the booking have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

• Guests are responsible for arriving on time. Workshops commence promptly at the advertised start time. We are unable to delay the session or repeat demonstrations for late arrivals.


General Safety

• Closed-in footwear is strongly advised.

• Bailup Farm is a working farm with inherent risks, including uneven ground, animals, farm equipment and environmental hazards.

• Guests must remain within designated workshop areas at all times and must not wander into restricted areas.

• Gates must not be opened and paddocks must not be entered unless expressly invited and supervised by a Bailup Farm team member.


Behaviour & Respect

• All guests must conduct themselves in a safe, respectful and courteous manner toward fellow guests, staff and service providers.

• Unruly, loud, rude, unsafe or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Guests must respect farm property and workshop materials. Any damage caused may result in the responsible guest being held financially liable.

• Our animals are a cherished part of Bailup Farm and must be treated with the utmost care and respect. Guests must follow all instructions regarding animal interactions and must not cause stress, harm or discomfort to any animal.


Alcohol

• Guests are required to drink responsibly and in moderation.

• Bailup Farm reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.


Assumption of Risk & Liability

• By attending Bailup Farm, guests acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in activities conducted on a working farm and accept that there are inherent risks involved.

• Guests agree to participate at their own risk and accept responsibility for their own safety and personal belongings.

• To the extent permitted by law, Bailup Farm and its representatives are not liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during a workshop or while on the property.

• Guests with medical conditions, allergies or physical limitations attend at their own discretion and are responsible for managing their own health and wellbeing.


Removal from Property

Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate termination of your workshop experience. Guests asked to leave due to non-compliance will not be eligible for a refund.


Cancellation Policy

Weather

As workshops are held on a working farm, weather conditions may impact events. If a workshop must be cancelled or rescheduled due to unsuitable weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the choice of:
• A full refund, or
• A credit toward a future workshop.

Guest Cancellations

• We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop start time are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made outside the 48-hour window are eligible for either a full refund or a credit.

Photography & Social Media Release

• Workshops at Bailup Farm may be photographed and/or filmed for promotional, marketing and social media purposes.

• By attending, guests grant Bailup Farm permission to use images and videos captured during the workshop in which they may appear, including but not limited to use on social media platforms, websites, promotional materials and advertising.

• No compensation will be provided for the use of such images or recordings.

• Guests who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must notify Bailup Farm staff prior to the commencement of the workshop.
